~The day my life changed~
For those who dont know, on Sunday the 3rd June 2007, my Mum (while on an 8 week holiday in the UK) was struck by a van.
She was in a coma for 3 months with severe brain trauma.
It took us 3 months but we now have Mum back home in Australia.
She has severe brain damage
Hope has faded for her to recover.
She lays in her bed every day, unable to move and is fed by a feeding tube attached to her stomach.
She stares at the tv and from time to time she laughs and cries.
I really dont know if she is in there at all or if she knows who I am.
My heart is broken.
What i wish for now is an end to it.

**About ME and what I do**
I have been a tagger for about 5 years now.
I am a member of a group called Devils Downunder. There are 10 of us.
My group is VERY copyright aware. [link]
We do NOT use any artists work that we have not been given permission to use and we always follow the artists terms and conditions which includes putting the artists name and website on any tags we make using their art.
Now in order to get artists permissions that means we email artists and ask them if they will allow us to use their art.
I know how frustrating that must be for all of you. I cant even imagine how many email requests you must get.
But please, dont get mad with us. We really are doing the right thing.
There are some taggers who dont request artists terms, dont ask permission and dont put artists info on tags they make.
They are the bad ones. And the bad news is, that even if you write in Big Bold letters on your site that you DO NOT allow taggers permission....they will ignore it and still use it

So, heres a tip from a copyright aware tagger, on how to stop the request emails.
Just pop a note on your deviant page or website letting us know whether you allow your art to be used in tags. If you are happy to, let us know what the TOU are. If you dont want your art used, just say so and my advice would be to put a watermark on your art.

Finally, i just want to say a big Thankyou to those deviant artists who have allowed permission to myself and my group.
